A couple of months ago I purchased the V966F VICKS comfortflex digital thermometer to care for my infant son. I took the thermomter out of its packaging and put it in my first aid kit. The other night when my son with crying from being sick, I reach for thermometer, attempted to turn it on, heard one beep and that was it. It does not turn on, there is no display and now it does not even beep at all when the power button is pressed. I'm sure you can imagine how disappoint I was as I was holding a crying child and trying to determine if he had a fever or not.
I would like a refund for or a replacement of this product. I cannot take it back to Target where I purchased it because I do not have the orginal packaging any longer.
