Thermometer
Worked only once and then blinked to say battery was low.....spent money on new battery and still just blinks.... Not happy with this product at all......

I called and went thru the whole automated selection process only to be put on hold then when I finally reached a rep and asked about where I could buy the probe covers I was told to hold for a few minuntes and then they hung up on me! That was ten minutes of my life that I won''t get back.... I''m now on hold again..... Reached a very nice Customer Service Rep this time however I was advised that this product is now discontinued.... I had already checked most of the stores recommended to buy the probe covers and they do not carry them and obviously will not be ordering them in since this product is now discontinued.... so basically a total waste of time.... Chalk that up to 25 minutes of my life I''ll never get back....and that was not counting the time that I took to go to the various stores looking for the probe covers... would have preferred to spend that time with my mother who has acute lukemia......
Tragic
I was very disappointed to open the package and find that the thermometer did not work.
