Falla en Honeywell 360 mini torre

Hola

compre el calentador hace un año y no tuve problemas hasta este invierno. Lo enciendo tal cual lo dice el manual y después de unosinutos se apaga, al intentar encenderlo de nuevo ya no responde hasta después de varios minutos.

Pueden ayudarme por favor a dar solución a esto, gracias.
