Excellent service from Kaz - and so very satisfied with heating pads. I know have two of them and use them often.

I had bought one before,because I had back surgery.I didnt register it but it only had it for two years it just went out on me today.So I went and bought another one today. Can I get my money back for the last one I bought? I needed it and this is the only brand of heating pads they sale (Target).
