Not too Happy
I am a disabled (congestive heart failure & COPD) 56 year old whom thought a air purifier would be a great health investment. Being in a small 5-600 sq ft one bedroom apartment and on low income disability, I chose the HTT022 from the retailer.
I have to admit I am not impressed. I find it very noisy (even having it sit on a cushioned doily) (NOT affecting any vents) and still find a lot of dust around the machine's vicinity.
I have cleaned the cleanable filter once already but no change has been witnessed.
I'm not sure if the store will take it back. Perhaps I should go to a larger machine but I am concerned about the noise and it's actual efficiency.
Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Too Loud, Excellent Performance
Cleans the room well but the unit is simply too loud even at the lowest setting. At low, recordings of about 40dB
Purifier size & noise
Store not Best Buy (closest) but rather London Drugs. Two weeks and seems to be doing its job OK. Noise a bit loud. Size and orientation a real plus! Would like to know if placing it at eye level or much lower would be best postion?
