Excellent fan
For the size and cost this is a very effective fan. it also is modern in decor, and fits in along any other fixtures. I purchased one, then went back for two more, and have recommended this fan to many of my friends and family.

Excellent fan
For the size and cost this is a very effective fan. it also is modern in decor, and fits in along any other fixtures. I purchased one, then went back for two more, and have recommended this fan to many of my friends and family.
Brittle fan blades are defective
Let me start by saying that my rating would be a 5 star, IF the fan blades did not shatter.
The retailer would only exchange one unit. It too was defective & failed within 5 days of purchase. I am now stuck with 2 useless fans.
Customer Service, at Kaz.com , was not aware of this defect. They also do not have any replacement parts available.
To save face, it would be appropriate to make available replacement parts to the customers needing them.
If that does not happen, "Duracraft" will be a brand to avoid in this household.
