never fails
open up the box, try to assemble the unit only to find that there are pieces missing. three hex nuts used to stabilize the bottom. Now I have to go to Home Depot to try to match the size. Never a fun thing. Annoying!!!!

Very good, attractive looking as far as fans go, effective breeze wise, not overly audible, on the excellent side, not as effective as a ceiling fan. Also, what I liked about this fan as soon as it saw it displayed and working in the store was the fact that because of it's upright/vertical positioning, it seems to fan a person sitting and standing. with a fairly long blow re it's column. This is what I like about it rather than any other i have seen, excluding a ceiling fan. I am in an apartment so your fan HY-013C is right for me
