this heater has helped keep the garage warmer while tinkering out there during the cooler winter months, so far so good.
Don't bother
Purchased this heater for my son (Christmas '08) for his basement, he used it only when they were down there last winter. When he pluged it in this fall it would no go on. When I phoned re the "5 year Limited Warranty" repair I was told I may as well just buy a new one. Thanks Honeywell, I did, but not a Honeywell.
