I have ownes approx 3 of these in the past several years and they are awesome. Mine runs 24/7 and oscillates, but after a few years it does not oscillate any longer and i buy a new one. My problem is i cannot find this model anywhere in store or online and i live in Canada but near USA border where i have a mailing address if i could find one..............please help me.

need parts

I have 2 of these fans, unfortunately one does not oscilate any more because the part that makes it oscilate broke and I would like to repair it. Please let me know if there is a parts catalog available for these fans. The model # in my owners manual states that it is a model # hs-350 series or a model# hs-350c series.These #s don't seem to show up on your web site. I purchased these fans in Ontario Canada.
